By accessing or using this application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

The App is used to automate the creation and publishing of content to a Facebook Page owned and managed by the business. The App operates only on behalf of the Page administrator and is intended for internal business use.

3. Eligibility

You must be an authorized administrator of the Facebook Page connected to the App to use its functionality. The App is not intended for use by the general public.

4. Use of Facebook Platform

The App interacts with Meta (Facebook) APIs in accordance with Meta’s Platform Policies. Use of the App is also subject to Facebook’s Terms of Service and Community Standards.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The App does not collect, store, or process personal data of Facebook users.
Access tokens are used solely to authenticate requests for posting content to the Facebook Page and are not shared with third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Ensure that any content published complies with Facebook policies and applicable laws
Maintain the security of any credentials or access tokens associated with the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content published through the App remains the property of its respective owner. The App does not claim ownership over any content created or published using the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
